What’s included with every package?
Every rental includes delivery, setup, and breakdown, plus a friendly attendant (when selected). You’ll get professional lighting, a curated prop table if requested, and a simple, stress-free guest experience from first photo to last.
How many hours should we book for our event?
Most weddings and parties book 2–4 hours, depending on guest count and timeline. If you have a cocktail hour and dancing, 3 hours is a sweet spot. Not sure? Share your schedule and we’ll recommend the right duration.
Do guests get prints, digital photos, or both?
Packages can include instant prints, digital sharing, or both. We’ll confirm your preference ahead of time so guests know what to expect, and you’ll receive a full digital gallery after the event to download and share.
Can we customize the photo template or add our logo?
Yes—most packages include a custom photo overlay. Choose your colors, names, date, or brand mark, and we’ll send a proof for approval before the event so everything matches your theme or campaign.
Is an attendant included, and what do they do?
An attendant can be included to keep the line moving, help guests use the booth, restock paper/props, and make sure photos look great. For busy weddings and corporate events, an attendant is strongly recommended.
What do you need from our venue, and how much space is required?
A standard setup needs a flat area about 8’×8′ and access to a power outlet within 25 feet. We can work indoors or outdoors with cover. If you send venue details, we’ll confirm the best layout and backdrop options.
